Precision Goleta Asphalt Paving was founded in 2016 by a crew that had been working asphalt jobs across Santa Barbara County for years before that. We started with residential driveways in Goleta and grew from there as property owners in surrounding cities started calling. Today we handle everything from small driveway repairs to full commercial lot installations across 12 communities from Isla Vista to Santa Maria.
Goleta is a young city - incorporated only in 2002 - but it has some of the oldest driveways and parking lots in the county. Homes built in the 1950s, 60s, and 70s are everywhere here, and their paved surfaces have been dealing with coastal sun, salt air, and winter rain for decades. We know that combination well, and we built our business around fixing what it does to asphalt.
We are a local company, not a franchise. The same owner who answered your call when we started is still the one running jobs today. We know the neighborhoods, the soil conditions, and the seasonal patterns that make paving work in this part of California different from anywhere else.
