Precision Goleta Asphalt Paving is an asphalt paving contractor operating in Goleta, CA and surrounding Santa Barbara County communities. Our services include asphalt paving, asphalt repair, sealcoating, crack sealing, parking lot maintenance, driveway paving, grading and excavation, pothole repair, asphalt milling, concrete curbing, drainage solutions, and related services.
Service availability depends on scheduling, location, project size, and material availability. We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion. All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a guaranteed final price. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was observed at the time of estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, if material costs increase significantly between the estimate and project start date, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work.
We will communicate any pricing changes in writing before proceeding with additional work. Customers are not obligated to continue if the revised price is not acceptable.
Project scheduling is subject to our current availability, weather conditions, and material lead times. We will provide a scheduled start date upon signing a written agreement. We reserve the right to delay a start date due to weather that could compromise work quality or safety.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or equipment has been mobilized for your project may result in fees to cover costs already incurred. Those fees will be communicated to you in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled project if site conditions make it unsafe or if access to the work area is not provided as agreed.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract provided for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project and customer walk-through, unless other terms have been agreed to in writing.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the written agreement. We reserve the right to pause or stop work on a project if payment obligations are not met. Returned checks or failed electronic payments may result in additional fees.
We stand behind our work. Details of any workmanship warranty applicable to your project will be specified in the written agreement. Warranty coverage applies to defects in our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by improper use, vehicle or equipment loads exceeding those specified, tree root intrusion, water damage from pre-existing drainage problems, settlement from subgrade issues not identified during the estimate, or damage caused by events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible on the scheduled start date, that vehicles, equipment, and personal property have been removed from the work area before the crew arrives, that utility marking has been completed if required by the project scope, and that the customer or an authorized representative is available to review work and sign off on completion.
If the work area is not accessible as agreed, we may need to reschedule and a rescheduling fee may apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Goleta Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or from services provided, including lost revenue, loss of use, or costs of substitute services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
